Return and Refund Policy

If you wish to exchange or return your order, no matter the reason – we are here to help!

All exchanges, returns, or refund requests must be made through our Email: [email protected].

  1. Conditions for product exchanges in case of incorrect purchase:
  • For exchanges, the customer must, within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days after receiving the product, contact our Customer Service through the contacts provided above, stating the product to be exchanged and the reason for the exchange.

  • The customer can exchange for a higher-value product with payment of the difference between the product values, or for a lower-value product, in which case the monetary difference between the purchased product and the exchanged product will be refunded.

  • The deadline for completing the product exchange procedure is up to 72 business hours.

  1. Refund conditions in case of exchange due to damage:
  • If the purchased product has any type of problem or damage, the customer must, within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) calendar days after the payment confirmation date, contact our Customer Service through the contacts provided above, informing what problem is occurring with the purchased product.

  • After the formalization of the refund request, our team will respond to your request within 24 hours.

  • The product will undergo technical analysis to identify the problem reported by the customer, and within a period of up to 5 (five) business days, the customer will receive an email response regarding the analysis results.

  • If the problem is not identified, the store is willing to exchange the product for the customer at no additional cost, and the previously reported product with a problem will be returned to the store.

  • If the problem is confirmed, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid within the period described in item 5.

  1. Refund conditions in case of withdrawal:
  • In case of withdrawal from the purchase, the customer must, within a maximum period of 7 (seven) days after receiving the product, contact our Customer Service through the contacts provided above, informing that they want to return the product and receive a refund.

  • After the formalization of the refund request, our team will respond to your request within 24 hours.

  • The Consumer Protection Code defines that exchanges and returns can be made within 7 days in case of regret.

  1. Refund request period:
  • After the 7-day period guaranteed by the CDC (Consumer Protection Code), refund requests are free of charge for a period of 30 (thirty) days after the confirmation date of your order payment.
  1. Time and refund methods:
  • After formalizing by email, our team will respond to your request within 24 hours.

  • After our response, the refund period is up to 72 business hours, and the amount will be refunded in the same form of payment made at the time of purchase.

  • As mentioned earlier, the refund will be made in the same form of payment that was made at the time of purchase, which can be a credit card.

    – Credit card: The amount corresponding to the purchase will be sent to the credit card administrator, which is responsible for making the purchase amount available on the customer’s statement. KeeyPC will send the customer proof of the refund made to the credit card operator.

  1. Return shipping cost:
  • There is no charge for return or product return shipping, as it is a digitally delivered product to the customer. Therefore, there is no charge.
